How do I secure my wedding date and how do we go about payments?
You have two options!
Option 1: A signed contract and 50% of your package’s total is paid as a deposit and it officially puts you on our calendar. The other half of your total is paid on, or before the 30 days from your wedding date.
Option 2: A signed contract and 33% of your package’s total is paid as a deposit that officially puts you on our calendar, with the next 33% being paid at the “middle mark” on the calendar and the last 33% is paid on, or before 30 days before your wedding date.

Important: If you’re ready to move forward then it is crucial that you make your deposit as soon as possible, as dates are handled on a first come, first serve basis. And there are only so many weekends during wedding season!
Do you travel?
We sure do! Driving distances over 2 hours will incur a conservative gas fee. Further bookings that require an overnight stay and are drivable up to as far as Sedona, Arizona for example, will incur a conservative gas fee and two nights lodging at a budget friendly Air BNB or hotel.
Much further distanced, “Destination Weddings” will require plane accommodations and two nights lodging. If your destination is on our “bucket list”, or is bucket list worthy, then we may waive travel fees altogether! (these would be tropical locations, and locations out of country - some others may apply, just ask us!)
Do you have insurance?
We do carry liability insurance which we can present to your venue, if requested.
How are my videos and raw footage delivered?
If you have raw footage in your package or purchased raw footage, your videos and raw footage will be delivered via USB drive in a pretty little package to your doorstep. You’ll also get your own personalized webpage from which you can download your videos directly, share through social media by using a share button, or stream directly from the page. It's a beautiful presentation to share with your family and friends!
